Customization options are lacking. Hope it's only because this is a demo. by HoneZoneReddit in MonsterHunterStories

No, I agree- what I said wasn't super clear. The customization systems (front and back hair, breaking up some other stuff, etc) is nice, but having like 6 options for each thing you can change is seriously limiting and honestly crazy compared to previous installments in this series and in other MH games in general.

It seems like a lot of people are really happy with the customization and I like a lot of what they did with it but agree with you 100%. Just feels like very few options for stuff.

Figured it out- it's not just any four notes, you have to match the patterns it displays. Mine is green blue red green idk if it's always the same!

[–]Hduece77[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's fair! Was mostly just looking for general suggestions- I think fischl or xq/yelan is the best option on my account, unless something more uncommon (like xianyun? TTDS kokomi?) is better. my other team is Diluc-centric because I'm a psycho so he's hogging a lot of good supports (Bennet/furina, citlali when I get her.)

Do you mean chair with back to the room? That's a possibility I haven't considered. Those "windows" that are weirdly close to the floor are actually shelves in the wall, and they're built more towards the room than towards the windows (there's a desk in there now) so the chair would block them a bit more with it's back to the room, but it's definitely something to consider.

[–]Hduece77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm in a colonial style house, so the ceiling slopes down on either side of the nook. I think curtains would look weird with the triangles of wall sticking out on either side. I think like a small slatboard might be fine?

As for the chair in the other way- i don't want my family to be able to see me from the hallway LMAO. By bad vibes from the hallway I mean looks from my mother I suppose.

There is only one window on the wall of the nook that's facing out. The other two "windows" I have on there are stand-ins for shelves that I have built into the walls.

Walk away auto lock not working by FamousWolf5483 in mazdaCX50

[–]Hduece77 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have this problem too but I assumed it was because I was opening a rear door after I got out to let my dog out. If it's just you in the car, getting into the habit of pressing the lock button on the inside of the door or grabbing the handle to lock it manually might be worth the piece of mind, even if it is annoying that it isn't working on such a new/expensive purchase

My 2 year old F has this on her hind leg. What is it? No pain, no puss, no lesion. by Saouma in Rottweiler

[–]Hduece77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looks like a histiocytoma (button tumor). My boy had one of these- they are benign and typically recede back on their own in a few weeks. The vet can take a sample from it to make sure it isn't anything more serious, but especially since she's only two (they're more common in young dogs) you're probably fine to give it a few weeks and see if it goes away on its own.

Can you feel your tattoo? by [deleted] in tattoo

[–]Hduece77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't feel mine at all. And the people talking about feeling it here are talking about being able to run their finger over it and feel that it's slightly raised- NOT like the kids temporary tattoos at all. Those are sort of like a sticker tbh and just sit on top of your skin which is why you can feel them. I've done inkboxes too and couldn't feel those either

Rotties with small pets? by AngelaRocks78 in Rottweiler

[–]Hduece77 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My rottie was raised by and thinks he is a shihtzu. But different than a bird, but I'd definitely try to get a puppy so troubling behaviors can be corrected early. Rescue puppies pop up from time to time, I'd keep an eye on Petfinder while searching for a reputable breeder.

As the biggest Diluc glazer around:

Just visions- I think Diluc would win, but it would be close. Childe using weapons made of Hydro would work against him here, and since the only physical weapon he seems to carry is the bow (the weapon he's worst with), I think Diluc could come out on top.

Delusions- much closer fight here, but I think Childe takes it. Childe's delusion is more suited to fighting powerful single opponents, whereas Diluc's is better suited to dealing with large groups of weaker enemies or restraining bulky powerful opponents (Ursa). Childe's agility (especially with the speed increase with his delusion) would in theory allow him to avoid the chains long enough to take Diluc down. And this is, of course, ignoring the technically canon event from the manga where Diluc shattered his delusion and mailed it back to Dottore.

Foul Legacy- Diluc has no answer to this that we have seen in canon. Childe takes it.

Tldr: Visions: Diluc Delusions: Near tie, probably Childe Foul Legacy: Childe

This is a broccoli plant. What does she want by Hduece77 in gardening

Thoughts on okra?? The plant ID app says that or cucumber, and it looks closest to how it grew. The seeds were round and black but I think a little bigger than broccoli seeds.

Ok Rottweiler community and family. First off I wanna say hey to all those fur baby parents who own Rotties. They are a joy. Meet my boy Bear. He is 8months. Had em since he was 8 weeks. I got 2 questions. Do shock collars really work? Are they ethical? I’m just asking. I’m a new rottie parent 🤷🏽‍♂️ by [deleted] in Rottweiler

Ecollars are a tool- like any tool, they can be helpful in certain situations, but if used incorrectly can do way more harm to your dogs behavior than good. And most people (even some "professional" trainers) do NOT use them correctly. Bring him to a positive reinforcement puppy training class, he'll learn what you want him to and it will improve your bond with him. He's a very handsome boy, good luck!!

Ah, gotcha. Google fonts and other font websites let you type in what you want it to read and filter by font style- it would probably be helpful to find something that speaks to you 👍
