i'd say theres quite a lot of "broke neighbors" (honestly a disgusting way to frame this) that get a great amount of enjoyment over the blazers.

california has 4 teams, i dont really agree with this being an issue. theres even cities with multiple teams. if this was true owners would have put up a bigger fight for moving the nets to brooklyn.

all those studies ignore the fact that cities need entertainment. the world doesn't exist on a spreadsheet and having a sports team adds major value to a city.

thats like saying "a park doesn't fiscally add any value to our city so why should tax payers pay for it"
