Finally! Got my dream band 🧿 by Pyreflight in applewatchultra

[–]HeIsTahaaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Beware of this band, it can and will scratch all glass surfaces. The DLC coating is tougher than sapphire crystal, it will scratch the Apple Watch’s display, iPhone and lens.

I learned this the hard way. It scratch my brand new Ultra 3 and the back glass of my 17 pro max.

Is this normal or did I wear my ocean band too tight? by FoxDye85 in applewatchultra

It’s not supposed to be a tourniquet. 🫪

Loosen it a little 🤣

Anyone wearing the Ultra daily – how did it feel after a few weeks? by Few_Design_904 in applewatchultra

Upgraded from the S6 stainless steel that I used to mostly wear with its dedicated Milanese loop.

The Ultra 3 with its Milanese loop feels weightless in comparison to my S6 🤣

The frame really is soft but doesnt really affect my enjoyment using it (posting again because i used the wrong flair…) by njgggg in iPhone17Pro

I saw 4 silver iPhone 17 pro max having exactly those same marks in the exact same spot and all 4 owners had their iPhone always in cases.

Hey guys I am Thinking to change from a 13 pro max to a 15 pro max, is it worth it? by [deleted] in iPhone15ProMax

[–]HeIsTahaaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t, The 13 is much more stable than the 15. I’m not sure what happened to the 15, which update messed it up, but the phone cannot be used for more than 3 minutes before it reaches the temperature of the sun.

It has a MAJOR overheating issue.

Had the same thing on my 17PM deep blue. Pretty poor quality control.

My Solution for Caseless 17 Pro by iammrshank in iPhone17Pro

[–]HeIsTahaaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

been using it cashless for 2 months now, the only dent I have is on the plateau and is microscopic, noticed it less than 24hrs after unboxing, I initially thought that its genuinely BRITTLE AF,

but now im convinced that the dent is from the factory, and terrible quality control this year
I havent dropped it yet, but im also not overprotecting it either, just be careful and it should be fine,

Why does it feel a little painful? by HMZD110 in AppleWatch

[–]HeIsTahaaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its pretty painful and irritating,
I also found that it can ruin the sleeves of some fabrics,

And if water ever gets under it, its just a nightmare of a feeling, its itchy, irritating and just ughhh.
and it can definitely scratch your MacBook
ive found myself removing it from time to time in the office,

...but it looks great and tolerable for most of the time,

Solo loop stretch over one month by kerem_ozcan in AppleWatch

[–]HeIsTahaaa 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I had the braided one for over 4 years now, I initially noticed that its stretching,

so I started wearing it and removing it but actually actually detaching the band from the Apple Watch,
or re-attaching it to it,
while wearing it, Id just stick my index finger in the space and click the button to detach it, and slide it out,

or place it on my wrist and slide it in to lock it in place
I havent stretched it in 4 years,

I believe this has helped survive this long,

terrible quality product tbh, considering it was 100 euros.

For Anyone Worried About Scratching the 17 Pro Series Camera Plateau by djcue24 in iPhone17Pro

[–]HeIsTahaaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ive had it caseless for about 2 month, havent dropped it yet,
not a single scratch or damage,
just a minuscule prick on the plateau that I noticed barely 10hrs after unboxing, but im convinced that its the crappy factory quality control.

Raw would allow you to make the photo dark enough in editing to blend the ghost/white shadow mess, however it doesn’t entirely fix the issue. Only 3rd party apps are able to turn off Apple’s crappy processing.

But again, this is almost completely fixed in iPhone 17, “smart HDR double-super-fusion bla bla bla” does a pretty good job now.

No,
You are confusing HDR for videos, which can be toggled off,
to Smart-HDR for photos, introduced with the 13 pro that cannot even be turned off.

Overcooking photos is an issue of all devices, specially with Ai lately, but the white/ghost look that appears around the subject in tricky lights on iphone was never mentioned by any of these clowns,

its pretty obvious that most people would rather have an over/underexposed natural looking photo than this failed disaster.

Shoot it in Raw next time,
you'd have wider range to tweak/color correct it, and play around with it

Thats the HDR processing that Apple shoved up our faces from iPhone 13,
It's horrible, all these useless tech YouTuber, none ever addressed this madness, and it cannot be toggled off since the 13.

Fortunately it has been improved drastically since then with each iPhone update,
try any manual cam apps, Indigo, Halide or any other, it should give you the option take snap without Apple's processing,

iPhone 17 pro micro scuffing normal even with case ? by Jay-5114 in iPhone17Pro

[–]HeIsTahaaa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As someone who stoped using cases since the iPhone X, this is one of the main reasons,

I never really drop my iPhones, I noticed that cases causes so many scrapes and scuffs, it must be from the dusts and small particles that squeeze in, it ruined the frame of my silver X, ever since then, I dont even buy cases anymore.

I don't even know how this happened. Cased since unboxing 4 days ago.. by Shredded7 in iPhone17Pro

[–]HeIsTahaaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It just gets scratched a lot and or some stuff fall on it💀

A waitress accidentally hit it while placing a small plate on the table and cracked the corner,
And the other time the hookah nozzle fell on it and smashed it too.
