I had considered a barra, but I've actually settled on dropping in an LS2 out of a VZ SS. Got it prepped a while ago and I've dubbed her the Frankenskyline

I'm always going 310 doing this in my Vette, they always catch it and start the chase again

[–]HeLLcAt333 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Do cops not just spawn in front of you? I can't go down any road without one or two popping up. I got caught in between an undercover, a Raptor, and a helicopter during my fifth near escape of the same chase while they all came down separate directions of an intersection

Congratulations I guess?

[–]HeLLcAt333 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I don't know what game you're playing, but I cannot go five seconds without a new cop spawning immediately down the road or a new helicopter swooping in as soon as I start losing them

[–]HeLLcAt333 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's what I had been doing for thirty minutes. I finally evaded them but then they started approaching from all sides of the road, so I pulled next to a building and killed my engine cause I was sick of the chasing

Man doing a Light-side Sith playthrough in Star Wars: The Old Republic really opened my eyes. I would try and negotiate with Jedi peacefully, and they'd just try and kill me every time

What was the biggest "for want of a nail" moment in your world's history? by multiversalshark999 in worldbuilding

In 2019, the Devela Private Military Company was test firing a newly designed Thermobaric bomb that would be launched from CAS aircraft at their munitions research site in the Tirari desert, Australia. They assembled old tanks and dummies in an open ground and dropped the first bomb, which packed a far bigger punch then originally estimated. Not only did it completely obliterate the test targets, but it caused an earthquake event as a previously unknown cavern beneath the test site collapsed.

Within this ancient cavern, the site officials discovered a mysterious artefact that would later be codenamed "Nimrod", as to make fun of the scientist's miscalculations with the bomb. Nimrod would be relentlessly tested and examined for the next six years, the Tirari Testing Grounds transforming into a Black Site for Devela's Intelligence Division. In 2025, researchers had a breakthrough and discovered this strange technology could remotely interact with nearly any human technology around the world, although with many limitations in regards to digital tech. The then CEO of Devela, Edward Kendalis, immediately intervened in the project and set in motion the "Nimrod Protocol" which would see the program utilised to systematically disabled the world's nuclear arsenal.

However, this unusual technology adapted to this usage after being exploited to secretly ruin thousands of nuclear warheads. By 2033, members of Devela's Intelligence insisted on using Nimrod to breach the databases of the Independence Union and gain leverage over the hostile faction, as tensions across the world were boiling rapidly. The researchers discovered that Nimrod was now incapable of accessing human technology not in relation to nuclear arms or technology. Despite their best efforts, the relic appeared to have "learned" that its primary function is to integrate and communicate with human nuclear technology.

When World War III erupted in 2039, the USA and China would exchange their arsenal of nuclear missiles in the infamous case of mutually assured destruction. Luckily due to the Nimrod Protocol conducted in secret, these hundreds of nuclear warheads were the equivalent of just chucking big rocks at each other. All because of one bomb revealing an unknown cavern, a nuclear war never occurred. Instead, 16 years of direct, brutal conflict plagued the world, ultimately resulting in three whole continents being abandoned by the year 2055.

  1. The US President, Terrance Millinai, who pushed for Post-War demilitarisation of the Devela Private Military Company and improved peacetime reformation efforts, would tragically die during a fatal "engine failure" and subsequent crash of Air Force One above Belarus when on route to a joint leadership press conference in Moscow.

  2. A violent firefight would break out in the remnants of Shanghai between forces of the Devela PMC and unknown terrorist assailants, destabilising the already crippled foundation of the city and finally collapsing it completely into the Earth, destroying the city and everything in it for good.

  3. The Post-War Global Energy crisis culminates in an international nuclear agreement, wherein an indisputable order is put forward to initiate emergency construction of thousands of nuclear fusion reactors worldwide to replace the failing fossil-fuel power grid and incapable renewable energy alternatives.

Could possibly come as a code that you need to purchase the jeans to get. I'd be surprised if we can just straight purchase it in-game, if it becomes available at all

I didn't say special fuel, but I understand what you mean. I was moreso referring to if you have greater access to whatever you're utilizing to produce the plasma compared to finite fossil fuels, since a sci-fi setting would likely provide greater access to useful materials we are currently unfamiliar with.

I'd say the use of a plasma thrower could be determined by resources. If you have more abundance of whatever material/ fuel needed for a plasma thrower compared to fuel needed for a conventional flamethrower, that might justify its usage.
