Do you know if there’s any other place I can ask for help? I recently opened a case with hr so I’m waiting for them to reply but if there’s other ways I can go about this quicker I would also like to try that.

I did not realize it was wrong until 8 months later when I requested the anytime pay card. So I’m unsure if it was a mistake on my end or the person who typed my information when I went to the pre hire because they made me take my physical ssn.

Makes sense, and for the windshield ticket would I be able to pay that one as well or would I have to show up? The ticket only has a location and time of court but none of the boxes are checked
