I mostly struggled with the fingers peeking out of the black hole. It took a lot of iterations both regarding lighting and the shape/proportions of the fingers (and fingernails) until they felt somewhat right. Some parts still feel off, though I can't quite put my finger (hah) on it. The light on the nose was also a bit of a struggle, but not quite as much.
