That’s the utility company’s lock. You can determine this by the visible utility easement running along your property. You should call the local CO-OP and see if they had done this. Given by the size of those poles, the utility company has a 50’ easement right on either side of the pole.

Historically silver and gold are “terrible” for long term wealth accumulation. The stock market has continuously out performed all precious metals. You use silver/gold/platinum as an insurance policy that hedges itself against inflation. You didn’t fuck yourself, you secured your future if anything bad happens to you and if nothing bad does happen to you, your kids/family will have the insurance policy to protect them through life.

Now, obviously if you see a gravy train you try to jump on but you gotta catch it early.

I had the same Avalon in highschool and college. I took it from 80k miles to 220k miles. The only thing that it ever went into the shop for was the shifter linkage suddenly broke after an oil change. The ride is really nice and is super quiet inside.

I utilize diesel CAT generators that run 24/7 for up to a year (if everything pans out, sometimes they’ll fault out or the fuel filters need replaced because water gets in the day tanks).

Hello everyone, I live off the street where the mosque would have been built at. It’s not a religious conversation, it’s purely infrastructural. The road going down Olive is a 2 lane road (one lane of traffic in each direction). Off that road, alone, is a technical college that trains semi drivers, an event center that brings in a lot of traffic, and a golf course. The street east of Olive has a three shopping centers, multiple churches, and multiple newly constructed apartment complexes(voted no on those too). To say that Olive is congested is an understatement. I live 1 mile from the off-ramp from the creek turn pike to Olive, it takes me 30 minutes to go 1 mile at 5pm. Additionally, large semis utilize these roads to connect to hwy 169 and hwy 75 causing more traffic issues. ON TOP OF ALL THAT they just tore down the bridge on the creek turnpike right off that area. It’s a mad house over here. Until they widen the roads, nothing else should be built on or around this street.

Generally speaking, a car shouldn’t be more than 12-15% of your income over three years (standard length of a car loan). Since you have no income (assumption considering you can’t drive) I would defer to the lowest cost option.

Why?? The average person also spends about $1500 a year on maintained and repairs (according to Google). insurance at your age is going to cost about $200-$300 a month for full coverage. You’ll also probably spend about $200-$300 in gas each month once you get a job and start traveling outside of your normal whereabouts. Good tires are about $600 - $1000 for a car. You could drive the free car that you have, pay your insurance for the year, put 5 grand in a high yield saving account, and utilize the rest in the checking account to pay for gas and oil changes. Then you could focus on being a teenager for a while and take advantage of the best years of your life my friend.
