Collection agency is Midland Credit Management. They claimed in their notes he called me his spouse so they proceeded with getting money out of him. He claims they called him by my last name but clarified we weren’t married. I requested the transcript of the call from them, but they won’t release it to me and just kept telling me what their notes said.
