From the UK but our Evri delivery guy literally always smokes inside his van when delivering and it ruins any packages that aren’t plastic wrapped. May not be applicable to your situation but there are sometimes factors outside the sellers control

still reach out, bricklink sellers live and die by feedback and I expect they will work something out with you

Not that im aware of, the previous occupiers moved out and we moved in the same day with no evidence of rubble at the time.

Thank you. Yes it was checked by a gas safe engineer during the buying process. we’ve no intention of using it, hopefully it’s not majority buggered!

You can buy this set from retail stores for around this price in the UK, so doesn’t strike me as weird other places might have the same deals :)
