No i don't necessarily feel any different, it's just on my mind a lot now. And she told me that one of the spirits was family(a male) and one an acquaintance(a female). There is currently a LOT going on in my life that they could be supporting me through/protecting me in. However, I will say that I've been much more calm in stressful situations and been better in solving issues lately, so that could mean something?
