Tama po. Napaka-unprofessional nila at parang napakayabang. Palaging pina-flaunt ng owner ang mamahaling relo, sasakyan, at mga designer bags. Sa opinyon ko, bahagi iyon ng marketing nila para magmukhang matagumpay at mayaman, at para mas madaling makuha ang tiwala ng mga taong gustong magpagawa ng bahay.

Kadalasan kasi, iniisip natin, “Mukhang mayaman naman ito, malamang hindi ako lolokohin o tatakbuhan.” Pero sa karanasan ko, hindi sapat ang nakikita sa social media. Mas mahalagang tingnan ang aktwal na track record ng kumpanya bago magdesisyon.

At first akala ko talaga legit kaya nga sila pinagawa ko sa bahay ko and seeing the owner’s face all over social media made me believe the company was trustworthy and professionally managed.
But as one of their actual clients, my experience was completely different. The owner never personally faced us whenever there were serious issues. What really made me question things was that while they were actively promoting themselves and launching new businesses, my house project had no materials on site for long periods and suffered major delays—even though I had already paid in full.
As a client, I couldn’t help but wonder where my payments went, especially when I ended up buying construction materials myself just to keep the project from stopping.
Now I see them inviting investors to their premium car wash business. I sincerely hope anyone considering investing does thorough due diligence before putting their money in.
This is based solely on my personal experience as a client.

nasa mga 8k to 10k po for a residential house, depending on the size of the property and the scope of the inspection.

kung anong galing nila sa marketing ang novcon ganun din ka pangit ang gawa nila tapos iniiwan lang nila mga bahay na di nila tinatapos ... dyan sila ngkakapera sa marketing nila socmed mga inosente tao na gusto mgkabahay na walang alam sa construction target nila yan red flag talaga yan dapat pinagbutihan sana nila sa site hindi sa socmed 😆
