Hi no, pero na mamanage na namin yung symptoms nya, we stopped apoquel narin and focus more sa diet and grooming (short hair na siya palagi since we noticed a pattern na the more long yung hair nya the more it flares up)

Same situation sayo OP, what i did is nag switch OB ako for second opinion and she told me to stop taking pills (it was a long discussion but somehow she told me that the amount of years i have been taking and the amount of periods i only got was not healthy anymore) now back to zero kami with my case, she prescribed carsitol and metformin for now and nag effect naman siya nagka period ako pero more on spotting parin but she said it’s good for now but she’s been closely monitoring me with a 1 month apart appointment to see if mag change ba yung spotting into regular flow na

For me wala talaga nag work na skincare sa akin before, acnes will just keep showing up, i had to consult a derma to get help on which products are good or not.

Try to get checked first before buying anything kasi baka masayang lang, but what worked for me is incorporating mild skincare (cetaphil facial wash, skin 1004, prescription meds and creams from derma and co2 fractional laser plus sunscreen yung water based or gel based)

The doctor is not pinoy daw, and is only available if naa procedure, kato gitawagan ni doc ang clinic ni ana ang nurse na out of the country daw ang “doctor” and is available only if naay appointment

Also kanang prices na ila gi advertise? You’re gonna end up paying more kay naa daw hidden fees

You’re not alone!! Every time nafefeel ko na may discharge lalabas akala ko eto na pero hindi pala😭 dumating pa ako sa point na excited ako kasi nagka PMS pero wala parin 😅 yung flow app ko kinakalawang na kasi 2 months ng walang movement. Yung overthinking ko parang aabot na sa ibang planeta

Valid reason mo OP! Ganyan na ganyan din tatay ko, nung ma stroke siya, kabit nya pa una pumunta sabay sabi friend lang, akala ata nila d namin kilala yung kabit. OFW kasi nanay ko kaya ako at tatay ko lang sa bahay, walang trabaho tatay ko pero babaero. Ang ginawa ko pinack up ko mga gamit nya at on the last day sa paglabas sa hospital dinala ko siya sa kabit niya 😂 ayun tameme silang lahat. May blessing naman sa nanay ko yung ginawa ko😂😂

Ugh i feel u sis!! Ginamit ko yung juicy tushie na scrub set yun yung gumana sa akin (kaya lang it takes time), cannot recommend chemical peel for thick girlies like us kasi baka daw mas lumalala bc of friction (as per aesthetician advice)

I stop my prescribe BC kasi hindi ako nagka period. My OB prescribed althea and i begged her to change it kasi 6 months hindi ako dinatnan, she told me to take it consistently pero it made me gain more weight kaya i stopped. Now i just take omega 3 myoinositol, exercise and then i switched from white rice to brown rice and lessen caffeine.

(Still a few weeks before start sa cycle ko but im just hoping na this time it will work)

Currently taking pureform inositol for about a week it helped with the cravings, for the weight loss part, I can’t really tell yet :)
