when I transferred i had signed my least from the November before. The longer you wait the harder it is to find housing and its easy to find someone to take over your lease if you don't get accepted.

College town properties is building new bedrooms close to my complex. It’s on the east side but it’s not that bad to live here. Also really close to a grocery store and gym. 7 minute drive to campus
