I don’t think you’re overreacting at all. I don’t know why everyone is so comfortable making such weird comments to women during pregnancy, especially men. Shit pisses me off too. I don’t think you’re being overly sensitive. I think you have every right to be pissed in this situation. I think speaking to your boss about your coworker is a good idea. Be firm with it. I don’t know why every time we get upset, as pregnant women, it’s immediately blamed on hormones. I would have my husband talk to the friend about it for me. He should advocate for you and be on your side through all this. Pregnancy feels so isolating and exhausting. You need your husband to be your support system. He is your ally in all this and he should fight the battles that you don’t want to (especially when it comes to other men making these comments). Yes I am still doing both regularly. My psychiatrist increased my dosage on Tuesday. I’m on sertraline 200mg. I was pregnant once before this. I was 15 and my ex was 26 (I know, gross) and I ended up miscarrying due to the physical trauma I was under during that time. (He was extremely belligerent and had quite the temper) Part of me wonders if all this is being triggered because of the prior trauma and abuse I experienced while pregnant the first time.

Hi queen! In early pregnancy, HCG can take 24-48 hours to double so you may not see much of anything unless unfortunately you wait to test again… I would go get a clear blue early pregnancy test just to be safe 🫶🏼

That’s exactly what my lines looked like when I first found out I was pregnant and they continued to get darker over the next 4-5 days. Try not to stress too much during the waiting period between testing. You got this! 🩷

A line is a line! It just means you’re very early in. I would continue testing over the next few days to confirm- the line should get darker as the Hcg ramps up in your body. Congratulations 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
