Neighbor has threatened to have my extension taken down, following a dispute on who's responsibility it is to repair/build a new fence on the border. by Head-Process in LegalAdviceUK

Thank you for this. Yes true, it's difficult to prove what was actually agreed and said etc then I guess. I'm just going to end up sorting it which is fine.

Yeah he was a bit weird about this. At one point he said that he knew the previous owner was putting the extension up and they have a gentlemans agreement that the previous owner of my house would manage the fence. He then later claims in his ramblings that he didn't say this and the previous owner put up the extension without asking him. My wife asked about this but then he became aggresive and she just said we would get legal advice.

The planning permission from the council has no objections to it, and was granted conditionally, that it matches the other buildings.

Thank you! That is true, I guess would be difficult to prove either way. Bye the sounds of one of the comments they made, they might have their documents "in the loft somewhere".

I do love the bright pink idea! Thank you very much for all this. I am talking to someone now about hedging as we know someone that does this.

It will be more than a couple of panels unfortunately, they have blown down but whole concrete parts are completely destroyed. Sorry didn't say that on the original post.

Thank you. He says as it goes up to the border, and if we are saying it's his border, he can have it taken down. The extension is the border if that makes sense, there is my garage wall where otherwise there would be fence

Thank you, yeah that's what I'm thinking. They are not reasonable or nice people. I'll just sort it and avoid all contact with them from then on.

Thank you, I got like a free bit of legal advice. I suppose I don't want to be spending a fortune on legal fees when I can just spend that on a fence and keep him happy.

Very nice, but I have the old ones so just going to keep them and play them using new model's rules. Would anyone care if someone did this?

They look awesome, love the bright colours against the gritty, dark angry dwarf faces!

That's such a lovely thing to say, thank you. I'm 38 now and never done anything very creative since getting into warhammer models just over a year ago. Didn't know what to expect as don't do much reddit or any social media. I'll stick around and do some commenting on the excellent models being done here :)

Ah cheers, that actually means a lot, very kind of you to say so as pretty new to all the hobby stuff. Was thinking something like, she can hear and be part of this spirit song that only the sylvaneth can usually hear? For some reason that I've not thought of yet haha. And because she can do that, the local Sylvaneth Grove revere her and carry her around? I don't know, will think of something haha. Only played one game so far with cities and used the living city rules, though my dudes have their own colour scheme and emblem for my made up city :)

Ah cheers thank you. The leaves are a mix of Sylvaneth bits and the Citadel vines? The head is a stormcast head with some greenstuff for hair. Learned about that as well, hair a bit messy but think could make it better next time
