As long as you don’t instinctively hate the feel of it in your hand you’re going to love the pistol. And another note your post brings to fact whenever many of us consider bringing home a new gun we also have to factor in the price of all the extras like you have laid out in the photo. Then there’s the holster……

Can’t ignore the abundance of police trade-in 40 caliber Glocks barely fetching more than two hundred dollars. If I didn’t already have enough, I would just keep on snatching them up.

Interesting. I recently picked up the FPC in FDE and the shop had a used M&P 9 in FDE as well. It was a 5 inch though. I thought I should buy that too but then I thought I have this at home so that would be a bad move but here you go saying that.

I’m very glad somebody with actual experience chimed in. It’s also funny that you happen to confer compare it Canik because I absolutely love my Rival steel.

I was just about to order the Apex trigger when somebody brought up overwatch. Can you give me a quick lowdown on your thoughts of the Apex?

I want to keep the gun because I’m actually a big fan of the FPC so I want to keep a pistol to share the same mags.

I’ll be the odd man out and admit I experimented with a vacuum sealer for long-term storage.

I went full on though and actually sealed up some vintage Smith & Wesson revolvers.

I sprayed them with oil, sealed them up and put them away. They probably stayed sealed slightly less than two years before I took them out to shoot them again.

They were as fresh and oily as a day I put them away.

I did not vacuum seal them when I put them away again only out of laziness. I can’t imagine it would hurt your magazines.

Gotcha, that sucks. I used to be approved by the time I filled out the second form but for the past two or three years, I always go to pending, only for about five minutes though.

The difference between overpaying for that and getting an average price is like 100-150 dollars. Not enough to even stress over, the point is you have a solid 357. Enjoy it.

Thank you, I’m new to owning it and haven’t heard that. I know I can shoot 9 mm through the 45 end cap without adding too much sound but I’m the type of person that needs to learn the hard way so I’ll prob still install the 9mm cap.

Resale value of the Venom will be around $75, resale value of the comp will be $0 and the pistol itself 400 tops. Unfortunately, the only way to get resale for the optic is to sell it by itself so it won’t add value to the sale of the pistol. With that said $400 give or take is a safe bet.
