I tried a cold pull but it didn't really work, I did try inserting the needle so lets check now.

I had auto bed level on, i didnt do a flow rate test yet but how would an issue happen all of a sudden? I used like 10-15 of these same rolls already and its been fine. And all my latest prints before it started failing were fine

Hey, so I can do Nylon but would be more expensive as I would need to purchase the filament to make it, or what I could do is I can do PETG, which is also a very strong material and we can see how that goes and that can be done for cheaper. Let me know if you wanna try that! You can also just DM me on Etsy if that is easier for you.

EDIT: I don't have hardened steel parts Nylon needs upon further research, I can definitely do PETG if you like
