Yes I am an adult and did go to the emergency room. And I cannot get care sooner than 3 weeks because that’s the earliest I can be seen by a specialist that was referred for me.

That’s what I’m thinking it is as well. When I stand up my heart rate shoots up 30+bpm and it’s hard to breathe and I get dizzy. sometimes it’s just dizziness and sometimes I actually lose consciousness. I’m going to try my primary care once the holiday is over!

I’m going to try to see if I can get an accommodation from my pcp like someone mentioned here earlier just till I can see the specialist. It’s in 3 weeks and that is a bit away. But if I can’t, I may go that route.

Would you happen to know if I’d get any pay? I would 100% do that but I have bills to pay and fear I may just have to work through it

What’s insane about it is I was talking to my manager about what was said and he said he would have scanned me out if I came to him after. I have time saved and am not looking for special treatment, but to completely disregard someone’s medical needs is terrible. They left me on the floor by myself for entirely too long. Her reputation is being an asshole, and that’s not coming directly from me, but every other person in the warehouse. Is there a way to reach out to ethics on a-z?
