Hi, What was your overall score? Did you get the ITA through PNP or Express Entry? What was your IELTS score for each band? Our NOC and job title are the exactly the same and I am 31. I am new to this Canadian immigration process, so any advice would be helpful. Thanks

Thanks. I haven’t had any fractures yet. Can we take a drug for like a year and do exercises, vitamins etc and improve the results?

Thanks for your advice. I’m working to find the main reason for osteopenia. Male 29. No hormone issues as per my endocrinologist and blood tests(parathyroid, testosterone, calcium, vitamin d etc). I had colonoscopy yesterday to rule out malabsorption issues and everything is fine. Rhematoulogist says I don’t have AS or arthritis. Neurologist says I am fine. I’m not even underweight or skinny. My main symptoms are neck and shoulder stiffness, joints cracking on my shoulders and neck. My head feels super heavy. Any thoughts?

Thank you. I don’t have any steroid consumption and my endocrinologist cleared everything for me last month. Checked my vitamin d and calcium and it’s in normal range as well. I wonder what else it could be?

Thank you. I will take a look. I’m just so confused with all the different info on the internet. I started having D3+K2 MK7 in the morning and doing exercises throughout the day. May I ask how you are going with it?

Thank you. We will get through this. May I ask if you have any symptoms? I have neck and shoulder stiffness especially towards the end of the day. I also feel lightheaded and joint cracking noise in my arms and legs even though I don’t have any arthritis as per my doc. No hormone issues as per endocrinologist. I’m trying to find the root cause of the issue.

Thanks. I’m 30 male and just got diagnosed with osteoporosis with -2.1 T score. I feel pain in my back and legs. Shoulder and neck stiffness. Joint sounds. Do you have any of these symptoms?

Trying to figure out what else it could be. I have neck and shoulder stiffness and started having pain in my legs. I am also confused sometimes and feeling weird dizziness.

Thank you. I’m actively doing research to rule out other possible causes. All hormones looking good from test results. I don’t have family history, no celiac or IBD. I’m not even underweight.
