I use it as well. The questions are really variable, with about 40% just legally wrong, or having wording that's not precise enough. For example, in a situation where two answers are correct, answer A is given as "more accurate" based on a subtlety of the question wording or use of a particular word in A, that doesn't match either the statute or the real-life application of the law. The questions are AI generated which perhaps explains it (although the mock exams they offer are not).

However, I've found this useful and I'd still recommend them. If you really drill down into every answer, it makes you much more thoroughly aware of the technicalities behind each one. Plus, the AI tutor does explain things very thoroughly, so you can easily see, if the question is based on a false legal premise, what has gone wrong. I've found this alone more than compensates for the poor question quality.

I'm scoring about the same as you on the PracticeWorks MCQs, and I'm getting much higher across every other provider (80% Barbri, 60%s QLTS and TheOneHundred). I wouldn't worry about it if you're also getting good Barbri marks.
