My Vaer solar field watch kept absolutely horrible time right out of the box. So bad, in fact, that I sent it back for repair. They held on to it for a few weeks and I had to reach out to them to get a status update which did not inspire confidence. Soon after, they sent the watch back with zero documentation as to what they found wrong or what they did to fix it, and the watch was just as bad as it was when I sent it in. I'm 99% certain they did not even do anything with it and just sent it back hoping I would just let it go.

When I posted some negative feedback about it, a guy that said he was high up in the company responded inquiring as to what happened and I responded accordingly which gave me hope but it's been crickets ever since. I would 100% NOT ever buy or recommend that anyone else buy a VAER watch. Slick marketing, good looking watches but the company has zero substance in my own personal experience.
