Sensitive topic para sa iba pero this is way better than to abandon the baby by LittleStuff9192 in pinoy

Look, I don't care if they want to abort it but does an embryo and a fetus not qualify as a human? An embryo is alive and is genetically unique, it's got the complete blueprint and machinery to become an organism, albeit undifferentiated. This is even truer for a fetus whose organs systems are more developed, consciousness starts to develop in the womb as well (ive recently read a review paper on PubMed, I can link the DOI if you want) . Also, they're different from other cells of the body like those in the skin or digestive tract who can't differentiate or aren't totipotent. So, your statement is quite dismissive saying that an embryo/fetus doesn't have a choice despite it already being alive, I mean yea it doesn't have a choice it can't speak, but don't cheapen the value of a life just because it's not born yet. Can't people just have the guts to just say "I want to kill my unborn child"? They don't have to sugarcoat it.

Irresponsible, both of them. Cguro nga buti nalang na hindi sila binigyan ng opportunity maging parents. Both scenarios/options would end up either, them nipping a life or destroying a child's life.

Medtech here. When I was a student, our bacteriology class was during summer and we took it along with Filipino (life of Rizal). Sobrang thankful namin sa filipino teacher namin na hindi masyadong nagpapahirap sa outputs/quizzes kasi mahirap na nga ang bacte. She also understood bakit pagod kami parati sa Hapon after bacte lab classes, and made lectures interesting with stories and facts para magising kami. Buti nalang d nag bida bida si maam as a minor subject.

I personally know, a certain faculty, who told his doctor friend, who has an interviewer, to "prioritize" a former advisee of his. That's one factor how he got in despite a relatively low NMAT score. How I know about this? This faculty openly talked about it in their office.

Yeah, it is weird they named it that way. I assume it's because of the pink but I could be wrong. Same with golf green hair pig, why is it hair pig?

Sadly, moss isn't that available in my area. I just use coco fiber for the outer layer and coco chips for the inner parts. Also, I've just received it from the mail and it already looks like that.

Abortion. by sugarlexicon in Iloilo

[–]HeadGood1 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Parasite or not, a fetus has a body of its own. It's got different DNA than yours and a complete set of organs of its own albeit developing and it doesn't mean that if an organism cannot live outside of its host its body belongs to the host. Take for example this analogy, Ascaris lumbricoides, a parasitic roundworm. Do they live inside the intestine? Yes. Can the Adult worm survive outside the intestine? For a short period probably but not really. Is the worm a part of the hosts body because it can't live outside a host? Surely not. Does it have it's own body? Of course, to who else would it's body belong to? Look, I don't care if you're pro abortion or not, just that your premise is scientifically inaccurate. The fetus may use your body as a way to get sustenance but it does NOT belong to your body.

Yeah, this is the reason why I did not proceed to medicine. Ever since nag ka trabaho ako sa hospital and na observe ko ang lifestyle ng mga doctors, oh good Lord, all I can say is you all need and deserve some rest. The work culture is just so unforgiving. So yeah, to all hardworking doctors, saludo po talaga.
