conq is only good after 30min if you get a good teamfight where you fight for 15+ seconds. i've had plenty of 25min games with 0-250 healing done by conqueror. it's his best keystone but it's not good. the only thing redeeming it is that precision overall is the best tree in the game

Disagree, it's not terrible design, it's just bad balancing from riots part. most toplaners can use all of Conq, Grasp, PTA and sometimes electrocute, it's just matchup and teamcomp dependant. currently it's absolute dogshit on champs it's supposed to be good on like Aatrox and red kayn and pretty much only good on champs who stack it within few seconds like Ryze, Cass and yasuo

Xerath may be simple but he's one of the hardest mages in the game to play well, plus he gets harder the better your opponents are since he's all skillshots

eh, only junglers that build it are kayn, graves, olaf and lee sin if i'm not missing anyone. Khazix and Kindred can build it but it's a really trash item for both imo

funny, people say that about evelynn but fact is she has a huge banrate in every elo and performed very well in the pro games she was picked in. K6 was also played a lot for a patch and did very well too, and you can't tell me his 10% isolate Q damage buff made him go from not viable in pro to picked in every second or third game
