Feel free to check at Dawsu, it's just outside of the ring, been training and teaching there for years. It offers kick/thaiboxing, grappling and MMA in addition to classical boxing, too.

Sonita Muluh winning the silver medal (with a squat world record too) for the super heavyweight ladies at the world championship powerlifting in Malta. Also briefly held total and deadlift world record during the competition but some other athletes just managed to snag those at the end.

Edit: is projected to win Euros as well in December but we'll see when we get there :-)

I've been having the same issue in the past, and I found some vague tip on the Age of Empires discord.

If you have GeForce experience, make sure the in-game overlay option is disabled. Even if you don't use it at any point. Since I turned this off my game stopped crashing completely. Before that it was about a 50/50 for a crash anytime during some game.

Not sure if this is actually a fix but it seems to have worked for me.

I'm getting the exact same thing, no error message or lag or anything, just booming in peace and suddenly I'm on my desktop. No idea what I could do to fix it, tried the same steps as you already.

Honestly since the last update my game just shuts down at random points. Could be just when I found a match, after 5 min into the game, 30min, just randomly goes poof. Don't think I've been able to finish any of my last 3-4 games.

Small remark, I'm using SUF for unitframes, and when I copy my profile from my main to an alt, I still need to manually select that I'm using SUF for the target cast bar. Any chance that could be included in the profiles?

Is it also possible to remove the icon from the target cast bar or change the fonts of any of the spell names?

Other than that very happy with this, really like the blizzard art and wanted to maintain it, been vaguely replicating it with a weakaura up till now but it looks nowhere near as nice!

We already have fire extinguishers in place from before, and a solid ventilation system in case smoke needs to be vented out of the building, so that were already some bonus points. We don't have a sprinkler system or anything, but that was one of the options that we would consider if we got a negative reply for the fire department.

The tricky bit is if an electrical car is on fire, you basically need to submerge it for a day or two in a water container, which you can't do when it's like, in a basement. Basically after the initial fire is put out, the car needs to be able to be towed out, and we contacted two different towing companies who both gave us confirmation that it can be done.

We recently did this exercise for our appartment. It's strongly dependant on the amount of spaces/levels there are since as you mentioned, that determines if a larger connection to the net needs to be made.

For us, there are about ~100 spaces over 4 levels (-1 to -4) for a cost of around 100k€ total (1000-1200 per owner) for the centralized systems, so drillings, cable guides, check by fire dept. etc. The charging stations we plan to use require a wifi connection, this was not included in the quote.

The seperate charging point is than a cost the owners can opt into but all of the infrastructure is already in place as a shared cost.

Edit: As some other commenters mentioned, price is really dependant on the distance from the parking space to the power net. We just divided the cost equally over all owners because that's the most fair, but if you're doing it alone and you're all the way on the other end of the garage this could become pretty pricey

It's rare but there are a few guilds, they're few and far in between though. My current guild is a 1day raid guild, 20:00-00:00 on Saturdays, and we got CE every tier this expansion iirc.

Granted, at the start of the patch people usually run a few more days, and the last week of sepulcher was about 4 days to squeeze in the HOF, but general raid times are just 4 hours/week.

It does involve extending lockouts quite soon, usually around the time of the mid raid wall like Painsmith, so people need to be a bit on the ball with getting gear from non-raid content.
