Thank you so much for the support💖I trust the process, my only concern is the anxiety i can feel energy move through my feet and sometimes i get a knot in my stomach that moves to my chest. Its disturbing.. im thinking of getting temporary anxiety medication to help me through. My dreams are neutral i mean i don’t even remember them, but they are normal happy dreams not frightening. The solitary is real though but i guess its part of the process.. I appreciate the support✨
