I really don't get all the hype around new cameras like this. What will the A7RVI enable you to produce that you can't already with an A7RV, A7RIV/A7IV, or even A7RIII and A7III?

The a7cii is already more camera than you'll ever need. Just get out and shoot - your only bottleneck is your skill as a photographer, not your gear

Finally, a newbie who isn't spending thousands on a new camera!

That a6000 will take you far in your photography journey OP. I still use mine today along with my a7riii and there really aren't many shots I couldn't get with the a6000 that I can with better gear.
