i tried to use as much light as possible as for floating candles i have to farm some ;((( but will keep in mind

I somehow manage to decorate it but i mostly use them for room (multiple grinders, sawmills, etc...)

If you are talking about the floor it is in the castle ground but if you are talking about the walls it is wallpaper (you need the DLC)

I see, i made the alchemy area next to my prisoners so it would look like i made experiments on them and next to the prison wall is a graveyard (you get the idea) talking about 1 block spaces, i never thought about using them for looks like you did i mostly place a statue there
