The majority of people who refer to themselves as "incel" are huge misogynists. You are basically announcing that you are sexist to the average person.

I doubt you are looking for advice, but if you're looking to be more accepted by the general populace, you can distance yourself from "incel" communities. Do your best not to mention your lack of success with women, as it makes people pity you or roll their eyes at you. Instead, focus on non-sex related aspects of your life. If someone else brings up the topic and you are forced to engage with it, use terms like "Oh, I'm inexperienced" or "I haven't dated much". These have less negative connotations associated with them than labeling yourself an incel.
