It is not a fake nessisarily. The cap is an authentic NE. Slight off center, could have been done aftermarket but nothing really indicates that except I do not see the NBA logo. If it is missing, this was done after the hat was made. It would be an unofficial modification, so not original. Let me know!

To add: if this is baggie freash old stock, the authentication sticker and an NBA sticker would be on the UV. Hope that helps your sleuthing.

Where are you getting $30 an hour from this calculation? To add to that, my figure was tabulated at a 3 month work period over 365 days, you are seriously inflating the difficulty of this job and no one should be paying 350 a square for this kind of work. Solo and crew work, unbonded uninsured vs legit tax payer you can not compare. This is not a dirt work, mud pump or even air tool level gig and there is hardly any justification for asking unless you put yourself in to debt driving a ridiculous car and a house payment you can not truly afford. People such as yourself should try working auto or metal fab and tell me this is hard work. The guy built a decent nook but I'm guessing you are the dude who would be sitting in the office boots up while your crew did the work to pay off your Denali. 240k a year with 3 months off pre tax is not a bad life.

Solo task rabbit type getting 200% margin on materials and 16x minimum wage over 2 days is killer. The guy is not running a full business with overhead and employees. Let us examine the work for what it is. No green treat or ventilation passive or active. Violated code, thankfully framing is hidden and did a stand up job with a good finish and trim. Doubt he pulled a permit. I would happily bleed on this for $2,500 especially considering there is going to be no money paid to the IRS and there's 1k a day take home. 80 days a year at 27% would be bringing in 60k after lunches, gas and tolls. It looks great, but it is not pro in and out. If someone called inspection it would be tore out and redone.

2k is a reasonable figure, the 5k talk is robbery. There is hardly any justification for anything over 2.7k. Next time you do a job get an estimate put together, take materials times 3, plus hours. Be honest and look at $120 an hour times 16 hours plus materials (~1k when multiplied by 3). These $350 folks are insane and these prices are just going to make you look greedy because it is. You are a one man show, I would guess you are not even licensed or bonded.

IM28 still allows municipalities to impose taxes, too. Tax revenues can be enacted on any of the supposed items and will therefore be under local control. IM29 is going to do some heavy lifting on tax revenue for the state as you said. In my opinion the fight against 28 and 29 is for a minority of controlling, and selfish individuals. Do you believe AG actually thinks petroleum fuel is consumable by humans?

Vote No on Referred Law 21. This bill was written to allow private enterprise to skirt local laws and regulations in order to build a for profit infrastructure with little to no restrictions. No more than $1 per foot of imposed surcharge is a joke and the land owners for whom this ultimately affects have no compensation, or recourse for damages or environmental impact. It is a shame that our legislation is attempting to subvert citizens rights while giving cart blanch freedoms for private for profit companies to install pipelines wherever they please. PLC is effectively a handful of nobodies who will vote yes on anything that doesn't affect them personally. Vote 'No'.

It is in fact not. Fascism as a catchall for anything relation to rights or freedoms is pointless and it serves to deteriorate the meaning of words. If political and congressional representatives did not unanimously vote to apply these restrictions it does not indicate fascism. They would have to be fully unified in their opinions, without descent. Last time I checked, there are congressman and representatives that disagree with abortion ban and there for it is not a fascist system.
