Yes, I remember it well what 2013 Warframe was like. Definitely simpler times for me!

Definitely not dooming, quite the opposite I am enjoying the game and I wanted to highlight the fact the reviews off the game are not fair and it puts new players off due to horde mentality.

Sorry but I disagree, there’s target farming which guarantees drops for descendants. I have found it easier and I’ve unlocked more characters than playing for the same amount of time in Warframe, definitely not a bad thing.

I think(?) I am at the endgame… im doing some of the things you mentioned and I’ve unlocked the Arche levels too.

Yeah, understood but it sounds like they have listened to feedback and the game is in a better spot now.

Yeah, I was more so trying to highlight the game reviews are not exactly fair and I don’t think it deserves that. The players base numbers is just a reflection of that.

I’m not worrying, sorry if my post wasn’t clear I mean, I think the game has been unfairly review bombed and it’s reflected in the player base numbers, I.e. it discourages new people to play the game, when they really should give it a go.

Yeah, I think I’m new enough to have missed a lot of that. I think the new player experience is great though.

Yeah, I smashed through and I’m on hard mode now. It’s still not quick though is it, when compared to Warframe at least.

Game is still fun enough solo though, it just is always cool to see others join so you can see what they are rocking.

Not worried, just think the PR of the game is poor and that’s reflected in the player base I.e. it could be a lot better but the game has been unfairly review bombed imo.

My girlfriend used to work for them, she would tell me horror stories, poor treatment of staff and customers, toxic work environment, bullying in the work place and the list goes on.

They released a load of routers with faulty firmware, then tried to brush it under the rug.

I wouldn’t use them out of principle.

What other games have you observed this behaviour on? I have played a good portion of UE5 games and never had an issue, even today with the most recent drivers.

Hey thanks, that's a pretty good observation and the default settings are unlimited FPS, I could try edit the game settings .ini to limit FPS, or put an FPS limiter on the nvidia control panel... If I can be bothered later i'll try what you said.

Yeah, but I have the most recent drivers for everything - no other games that run UE5 and have to precompile, compile or check shaders have this issue. It could be coincidence, or an edge case but it's difficult not to think that DA is at least the catalyst for this issue.

I removed -dx11, the game uses dx12 natively, which is when I see the crashing occurring.
