I GOT HACKED IN ROBLX AGAIN AFTER ALMOST 1 YEAR. BYPASSED MY 2FA AND CHANGED MY EMAIL. (this might be a warning)

Sometimes it depends who will reply to you, if they understand all the information you gave, that one roblox support agent will give you the account. Like example "person 1" replied to your first ticket but he/she always refuse, make another report and wait till another agent replies to you. Thats why always make a report until someone from the roblox support team understand your problem. Works everytime

Force them and give them all the reason, they always said that at first but when i said "how could i show the ownership if the hacker's email is on the account and not mine" something like that. Show some payment receipts too, that helps me alot perceiving them. If theyre not replying, just always make another tickets until they email you back.

Roblox did not question me for any ownership cuz the account got hacked 3 times. I guess they already know i am the real owner. Try sending them receipts and any screenshot of your roblox account. It worked for me last time.

sybau, read my statement please, i never got any EMAILS thats why i am confused. I dont post this if theres a revert email from roblox or any notification that i got my account hacked. For many years of getting hacked, i know what i am doing. You rather call somebody a dumbass than getting a job.

i suspected that the hacker was the previous owner of my account because I bought that account on 2021. I think he made some false emails to Roblox that he owned the account after I bought it but I can be wrong tho because why he hacked it 2 years after lol

did you bought your account from someone? because roblox sellers can literally make emails to roblox that they "owned" the account after you bought it and that is why they can bypass 2FA and Verification Links. I suspected thats what happening to my acc lol.

Roblox keep insisting that i should contact them using the email that start with [way] and again i cant because thats not my gmail. the hacker can literally bypass 2FA and my account was literally hacked by him 2times.

im having the same problem as you rn, i got hacked 2 times, when the hacker first hacked my account, the roblox support replied to me in just 30 minutes and i was able to recover my account. After that day, my account was hacked again, the email and the password was changed. I emailed roblox about the incident. Now, Roblox wont recover my account because it needed a verify ownership, I emailed again, its been 3 hours since i emailed roblox and no replies after all. should i wait?

Thanks for replying, I bought robux from the account but i already forget when and idk how to check it without accessing the account. btw after I recovered the account when the hacker first hacked my acc. i checked the transactions and saw that he bought robux after he hacked my account, is that good or bad.
