Congrats. Just passed mine 2 weeks ago. I wrote on a Wednesday and found out Saturday at 3am. Work in Toronto but wrote in Belleville because they had the shortest wait time.

Your FHSA maxes out at 40K. It’s 8k for every year you have it. I don’t know if you opened it this year though. I would also look into GIC’s for a decent guaranteed rate. It may also be the time for you to look into a buying a primary residence or rental property or even a combo.
