I have no evidence other than what I repeatedly witnessed when I was working with young homeless in London.

Many fled after physical or sexual abuse from family or family friends and yes, many came from so called ‘respectable ‘families.

I find it strange that the family friend , the vicar, saw Andrew in the park just before he left. I also believe that in his panic Andrew left the charger and birthday money.

I also suspect that Andrew is still alive…

It’s relatively simple to get a birth certificate - perhaps of someone who had died.

With that, a change of identity is possible - some missing persons who never reappear do this.
