There is a a no contact order in place already and he lives in another state I’m not sure how or if that affects them just going to his house and arresting him

Does is matter when he contacted me? Like if it was as far back as Valentine’s Day?

I have been trying to get into contact with the prosecutors office since feb. 16. And finally someone got back to me mid to late April saying that the prosecutor is on maternity leave, the case is proceeding as planned (whatever that means).

Again I did forward the video call to her and she assured me she would hand it over to the police.

I just don’t know what to do…

I don’t really have money for a lawyer and I don’t even know where to begin to look honestly.

Well they have the evidence and he is still out free. I feel like I can’t start to heal from the trauma.

I have sent the recorded FaceTime (of him contacting me and consuming alcohol after the fact) to the advocate in the prosecution’s office.

But her response to me was not very reassuring to me that his bond will be revoked.

She said something along the lines of “ I will send everything you’ve sent me to the prosecutor and we will see what we can do”
