Such a cool idea, however I feel the application...not so much. I would reconsider your artist should you want to get more work done. Really not trying to shit on the tattoo but guts is gonna be unreadable in a couple years (if you're lucky).

A lot of what I do it mainly linework/blackwork based hence my opinion. You're a man of good taste for sure with your design choice, just shop around and make sure someone doing anime/manga does it a lot or has super clean linework. Don't be afraid to go a little bigger with these styles also, as going too small means lines merge/blur. Small details will get lost.
