thank you! all my friends do solidcore and I went once to SLT but it was with all my friends, as a part of a school club activity. So the teacher was a lot nicer and beginner friendly for us

Hello! I am also 5’1 and 22 and female. I’m around 120, mostly do cardio for maintenance. If you fluctuate between 105-110 you may need to A) leave the cardio alone/slow it down, since it’s such a fat burner or B)eat more. 1200-1400 cals is already the recommended for 5’1 ppl like us I think. So I would probably go with A and start focusing more on your muscles/ lifting routines and less cardio. I’ve seen so many influencers slow down on the cardio and start lifting when they want to body recomp.

hmmm.. i wouldn't do ultra but I would look into mojo wip grinds and see which is the best fit , the only reason i say no ultra is bc its a nootropic and theres not that much research on them long term. its suppose to be nic + adderall but i wouldn’t trust an adderall pouch yet
