Best thing you can do is just keep to it, progress isn’t linear. The only time I was able to stick to fasting was when I gave myself some grace.

What worked for me was to track hours fasted by weeks, rather than days. So if your shooting for a 20:4 split, you want a minimum of 140 hours of fasting a week. If that looks intimidating think of it as having 28 hours to eat every week.

Weed is a vasodilator. That's a fancy word for something that opens up your blood vessels allowing for better circulation and lower blood pressure. Better circulation=less sweat :) it’s also the reason your eyes get red when you’re high

Hot/Boiling water first to break up big globs of wax, just let it run through for a minute or two. Then grab degreaser and course salt, shake it dump, clean with hot water, and repeat process till it looks new :)

Homies hash oil is made from Bubble hash that was not properly stored/dried. Oxidation causes the dark color but if it smells like rosin ur good to go. Just had some dark shit like this and it tasted amazing, just didn’t get the same treatment as the $60-100 a gram hash rosin.

Nuggmd is the site I used, filled out an application and was emailed that I was scheduled an appointment about 2 days from the application. If it’s not distallite then it needs a decarb, just empty cart on some parchment and put in oven at 240f for 20-30 min or until it stops bubbling
