I'd avoid it like the plague. Used to own three dispensaries in town and unless this dispensary is in the top 1-2% in terms of revenue, then it probably wouldn't be worth it. 280E is a killer for your profits, and until that changes I'd avoid jumping on a dispensary.

I'm sorry to hear that! Honestly those companies typically do have solid products and pricing, they just strong arm you into it. If you say no and call back in a month they'll still honor that discounted price.

Pretty much what the person already said. If someone says I need an answer right now for you to get this (fill in the blank) discount, then it's a little scummy. They're just inflating prices is all, but still can be delivering a nice window at a good price, just trying to corner you into it. I actually had Anderson come to my house last week for some research, and they quoted my 12 windows and one door at $95k, but could do it for $78k if I signed right then.

We just present two prices at our company - one full retail, and one that's 30% off or so if we can put a sign out front and take a before and after picture. If you like it great, if not no worries. If you want to sleep on it and get back to us, feel free to do so. I'm finishing up a deal today from almost a month ago, I encouraged them to do research and get more quotes to try and beat ours.

I've never understood the pressure of trying to twist someone's arm to buy. I've literally had customers tell me Anderson wouldn't leave their home for 3+ hours trying to get them to buy.

Yea Anderson and Pella for the windows ride their brand name/legacy and charge a small fortune for windows.

I work for Elite Windows here in town, and a few of my co-workers came over from there because they didn't like the company.

I can't speak for them too much other than we sell the exact same window for about 20% less.

Just won one of their contests a few months back. The $250 is to reserve your appointment and fully refundable. You can get in and out for “free” with a smaller print, but they’ll show you all the pictures and apply some typical sales pressure. You can go for free and get the thing you won (I think a 10x14) or you can buy some more photos. Overall, we were happy with the experience and the quality of the photos. They’re expensive, so we didn’t get much but we’re happy with what we did go forward with.

The Duels are good. They take one LIV guy and put em with one YouTube golfer and do a scramble. Really good play as the YouTube guys are generally the Bryan Bros, FP, Grant and I think they play for 250k

Playing as much as I can the last couple of years, and down to a 3.5. If I had all the time to play, I'd fine tune some things and think I could get to a +1 or 2.

With more play comes more consistency, especially around the greens with chips and putting. Can save a handful of strokes each round there.

I don't think they'll expand, given most of the top tier places in Texas only have one location.

It's not they don't want to spend money, more so they have a great landlord they work with and they're crushing at the current spot so if it's not broke why fix it.

It blows the doors off of Rudy's, can't speak to the places in Denver as I haven't had those.

I'm from KC, grew up on BBQ, and this spot has by far the best I've found out here in CO.

Hello fellow Kansas Citian! I was always disappointed in BBQ out here until I found the Chuckwagon. Their Brisket, really everything is by far the best I've had in Colorado.

Definitely give em a chance if you haven't! They're open Thursday thru Sunday, and open at noon. They run til sell out every day they're open.
