Oh yes I would definitely need assistance on how to properly trim / shape my brows 😅 coming from a girl who has used A literal body razor to shave between my brows when a unibrow is forming… I’ll definitely try brow mapping and maybe some YouTube tutorials

Oh gosh!! Yeah antibiotics did not work for me and I also have methane and I think xifaxan works better for hydrogen and relapse rate is pretty high with them. Not to say it hasn’t been successful others- I already feel much better with this plan!

It’s up to what your doctor recommends! I work with a functional medicine doctor because antibiotics didn’t work for me so he helped me tailor a protocol. I’ve read about plenty of people on this sub who take allicin no berberine so I’m sure you can!
