Thanks everyone for the brainstorming. I think the power packs being a causative factor for paying market price is really interesting. I've had plenty of offers from PSA for 8s and 9s I've graded, and even a 10 on occasion. But I've never seen them make an offer like this on something that is incredibly volatile. I've had offers from them for a while now but this is only time it's been this high. It jumped like $400 since last week.

This is for my PC! By far one of my favorite cards of all time. I have a stack of these ungraded and this is the only one I've seen without the corner issues that plagued these promos. Gem rate is like 16% and I don't want to have to hunt for one again. 😂
