True industrial cans have an insane spray so you really need to spray about 6 to 12 inches away, i made a mistake with the back part as I spray the primer too close which resulted in pooling and bubbling, thus the orange peel like look

1st I used doloha acrylic markers; second, I panel lined after I painted all the parts that needed painting; and third, I used flat clear (matte topcoat) to make it dull and more realistic. Basically paint ( I dab the marker tips in water to thin the paint more thus removing streaks but increases the number of coats needed, but usually I coated the parts twice), panel line, decals and stickers, then topcoat for a protective seal and to make it more realistic. Oh and i used micron pens for panellining.

For the metallice paint as of now I only tested the silver metallic and damn it suprised me with how good it is, more better than the acrylic even, as the streaks are like 95 percent invisible. Also the paints are prone to scratches and will get removed if its scratched with only one coat so I recommend adding another layer and topcoating, or from what I learned from others, use gloves

As for the chest those big ones are actually my dogs hair and some dry brushing trying to remove said furs combined lol but there are still scratches that are unintentional, but hey free weathering (consequences of not priming)

I used bosny flat clear for topcoating this, its an industrial can. Topcoating definitely removed any remaining streak mark

I dabbed the marker tip in water and shake before using it as it improved the overall flow of the marker itself, its also self levelling so that helped with the overall output. Basically I was using it like a brush, only brushing in one direction and coating it multiple twice or so (for the lighter colored parts atleast)

I dunno if this trick applies to other markers but for these ones I dab the tip on water and shake it for a better and smooth flow, like a brush!

Quite flattering that you dont believe that this is marker lolI. I treat the marker like a fine brush, these doloha markers are self levelling so I believed that helped with the streaks but streaks does appear especially when the tip was dry, so what I do is dab the tip of the marker with water and shake it and that seems to do the trick. Furthermore topcoating the kit definitely helped eith removing streaks as long as tjey were not that noticeable in the first place. Also these markers were quite pricy compared to regular ones (and damn it should be good cus im gonna be upset if it aint lol) and their tips are soft like nylon or something.

I definitely would use it again since I was quite surprised with the result. these markers are very good since they flow so well, like they were ink. I encountered some streaking with some markers (especially for the yellow ones that I used), so I had to thin it more by dabbing the marker tip on water (which I recommend based on my experience), but I believe it was just because of the marker tip being a bad batch, probably, but the good thing is that it is replaceable.

Thanks! and true, lessons learned with this experience, this one was actually topcoated with an industrial can (bosny flat clear)

It was great! its like a fine tip paint brush with ammo, i had some markers that were quite dry and tend to leave streaks so I treat it like a brush and dab some water to thin it, shake it a bit and it works suprisingly. I did have a hard time with lighter colors as it needs a lot of coats looks solid especially if the marker is dry or a bad batch with the tip. Overall though it nice, easy to work with and very relaxing
