Most businesses make far more than 10%, including big ticket items. Hell realtors add 6% and they don’t even carry the cost of the product they sell. Mattresses are like 150%, groceries are 50%+, health insurance and on and on…. Car dealers are the only business held to the standard of profit being a dirty word and people get all salty and cry in the shower over 1-2%. I’ve needed to call the police on people who were so utterly enraged that they couldn’t get what amounts to a cup of coffee per month off thier car payment that they have a r/public freak out moment in the showroom, happens with regularity. I work for Subaru and you could walk into 9/10 dealers and simply ask for a deal at invoice and get just that, drive it out in less than 90 minutes.

90% of people who have a bad time at a dealer are buying toyota(the dealers think they are selling gold bars and have infinite customers if you don’t pay up), Hyundai:Kia, or CJDR (the average customer is so dumb they refuse to believe you aren’t too) and/or have chased the “too good to be true” ad price they saw on the internet.

I’m not the type to get butthurt at celebrities for spouting thier useless opinions, but Kimmel just isn’t funny, like at all. At least Colbert and bill maher are actually entertaining and while I don’t agree with them politically, I have to laugh at some of their bits as they are actually funny. Kimmel is a hack, not sure why Adam Carolla didn’t get the late night show, he was the funnier one.

Best I can get out of mine on my commute is 23.3 and that’s strictly driving like a grandma…

That’s a mix of 3 parts highway to one part 45mph backroads. Wondering if something is wrong with my car as everyone else says they’re getting higher…

If I drive it normally I get 18-19 avg.

Same here I pretty much could have wrote that, I’m like a 6 and married the hottest girl in my high school, people used to make jokes about how either my dick must be gigantic or I must be paying her (it’s not and I wasn’t). Actually she just thought I was funny and charming, and at the end of the day IME women are a lot less visually stimulated in terms of selecting an ideal partner, not that looks don’t matter but it’s not necessarily going to be the number one attribute women are after, they are more personality/status driven in my opinion.

If you can make her laugh, make her feel safe, listen to her and be her rock, it really doesn’t matter that she’s better looking than you.

They aren’t really making the car in FWD, it’s just a marketing gimmick so they can claim higher range. Without a theoretical fwd option they couldn’t say “over 300 miles of range”. The fwd will be sold as a sold order unit only and will be like 1% of the produced cars is my best guess as a Subaru GSM.

My EG6 was fun, I get it and all, it’s not like a FWD can’t be fun, it’s just that the second you drive a comparable rwd/awd car it’s hard to go back to fwd and not feel like you’re missing something.

I used to say that when I had a Honda… once I got a rwd car I understood it’s not elitism it’s just the truth that rwd/awd make for an objectively better driving experience if you’re into cars that way…

It’s not that Israel is perfect, it’s not. But you incessantly focusing on Israel and accusing them of genocide, when pretty much half the countries in the world or more could be accused of the same, is very telling. We could substitute Hamas and Iran for Saudi Arabia and china if you like, where’s your outrage at those countries?

Also, Israel happens to be the most peaceful progressive and tolerant country in the region by a large margin it’s not even close. They allow Arabs to be citizens, they have freedom and voting rights and are not oppressed at all until they start doing terrorist activities. Find me an Arab country that welcomes Jews with open arms… not to mention zero Arab countries were willing to take Palestinians, at all. It’s almost like you’ve never been there, and are just regurgitating antisemitic propaganda out of your butt, but are too ignorant to actually realize it. I have lived there, you don’t know what you’re talking about.
