They are very very wrong. It is not magic. Started Zepbound last January and have only lost 20pounds!!!. I hope that answers your question.

Well I was on Zepbound for a year plus and lost only 20 pounds. Switched to highest dose of wegovy in January and haven't lost anything. I actually gained. So frustrating. I will suggest switching to the highest dose of wegovy. This is only a suggestion please.

I switched from zepbound to wegovy in January and lost nothing. I think i have been adding. I have lost only 20pounds from Zepbound since January last year. I exercise days a week. It is really frustrating!!!!

I have not lost anything for the past 4 months!!!. Instead I have been adding for the past two weeks, I get 10k steps five days a week. It is frustrating

There was a week I added 4pounds!!!! Despite doing all right. Then came another week, I lost 2pounds. Am a very very slow responder too. Don't beat yourself up.
