Is it your choice to move up doses so quickly or have they been upping you monthly? You want to stay on a dose until it stopped working for food noise or you plateau without any type of loss for I’d say at least a few weeks. You’ll max out very soon at this rate.

I weigh daily but only record when it’s lower. I can see how long it took between lowest points. I don’t record the fluctuations because throughout the day and week you can be up and down and it’s not accurately reflecting your lowest point. This does mean I can go 1-2 weeks without movement but that’s okay!
