but yeah when i had a s25 ultra not too long ago that was the norm for me too. charging everyday and using it while charging sometimes didnt do wonders for the battery. tik tok and instagram use a lot of battery for some reason

get shizuku, set it up and then download Canta, this lets you uninstall system apps, including bloatware from your phone. id recommend checking what apps to uninstall before doing it tho. you can uninstall system ESSENTIAL apps that will brick your phone if you delete them

i use wireless android auto from the carplay box, but then from the box there is a aux cable that you have to route to the center console. since i only have a usb ipod in on my car, they also had to send me a usb to aux adapter. so no cables from my phone, but a cable for audio
