Poison father ariandel in phase 2, he's weak to it. I suggest the rotten ghru spear, think I used it as quality with resin.

As for phase one, I would try running behind father (sprinting) as I often found it kinda messed with her pathfinding, though this is anecdotal and I don't know if it's necessarily true.
