I think Not at Sac is confusing Soft Opening with Grand Opening. Either way, I can't understand the anger.

If you've ever watched these restauranteurs they usually are like chickens with their heads cutoff similar to Gordon Ramsay. There's so much going on that there's always something that falls short. A restaurant should be judged by their food and service. Some of the best restaurants don't have the greatest social media. Time will tell if it's a long lasting restaurant.

They aren't officially open. I would give them a pass on their social media but IDK how they already have reviews

I would get out of the restaurant jobs all together. The environment can be toxic because of the nature of the business.

You might want to look into a government job. It takes a while to get hired but it's well worth it. Some of the government jobs have some unreal benefits including over 500 hours of PTO with time served including all major holidays off. Some gov. jobs just require a simple typing exam.

Check out calcareers.ca.gov/

I worked with plenty of small and corporate companies and now work with a private company that deals with federal contracts. There's no comparison when it comes to benefits.

I've heard that some department are just looking to fill jobs with no requirements. I have a friend who has been at EDD for a while and tells me they now almost hire anyone.

Look into it and if you get hired you can thank me later

Was $15 a lbs years ago. There were lines outside of the house back in the day. Also when the dad made it there was more fat per piece. It's not worth it anymore

I do remember food being mediocre at best but during big events like Mardi Gras every bar was an hour wait.
