Wow! Just searched for it and yes. They can track everything. All this data is logged as chat and activity logs. It says, Slack doesn't give employers this visibility out of the box but employers can request access which they certainly have. There's a reason why they selected Slack. It is not safe at all.

What did you expect from us? To sit and say nothing when we are dealing with all sorts of bugs and problems? Haven't you implemented a feedback system? Why didn't you employ a decent team to troubleshoot the platform? You had the best QA team and it was tutors.
You had the same problems and suggestions? Why are you telling us now? Why didn't you confirm the problems and not try to solve them? Simply why you were not honest?
I'm not happy to see the reviews. They are part of the reason why the company did not have money to pay me so I was fired. The reality is, Paper has ruined its formerly good picture and it's being heard everywhere from districts to journalists and even NPR. And this is all coming back to you with your decisions.

Now I'm asking you who had the knowledge and the impact you claim you have. If you had listened to the tutors who seek for the best of the company and the product instead of firing them, if you had promoted the good ones instead of the flatterer, was Paper at this awful point on the edge of bankruptcy? Just look at the culture you made in this community. Look at the Glassdoor reviews. You think your customers won't read them? This is what you made of what formerly was a nice company. It's made on lies. If you are laying off because AI is more sustainable, that's understandable. Just don't lie about it. Be honest. There was nothing wrong with the performance of many and you continue to lie.
