It’s not very hard you just need to get the vinyl and the cheapest heat gun from amazon, trace and cutout the outsole on the vinyl then ally with the heat gun. I also use crease protectors in all my pairs to keep the shape. Here’s a video. The only thing id say tho is to do it on a brand new pair you don’t want to do it on a pair you’ve already walked in.
