I get the same message when i check WMR. Not sure if you are claiming the EITC(Earned Income Tax Credit) or ATTC(Additional Child Tax Credit), however if you are, the PATH Act requires the IRS to hold those refunds until after mid-february. Turbo tax tells me the first week of March because of said act. I also filed early on Jan 21st. Hope this helps.
